  There was an older men waiting in line ahead of me. When he get to the window, he was ask what he needed today n he say "nothing, you have help me so much I just want to come and thanks u personally" I was thinking wow he waited for 30 mins juz to tell the teller that.. I was impress. I got to the line and meet Jose, he was awesome!! Friendly and juz loveable!!! Thank u for all ur help

  Guess I came in the right time.pulled out #75.was called Next.the rep was very nice and polite.but couldn't help.me. You can get more help from watching tv and calling the 1-800#

  Waiting time not long, and all my paper were good and the process was fast and easy! I wish all my paperwork would go that smooth like this!

  I have been trying to call for over an hour. The phone will ring a few times and a recorded message will tell me about 30 times how to get assistance online. The question that I have cannot be solved on the website. The phone will ring again, interrupting the recording and then go back to the recording. After 15 or 20 minutes of this, the phone will go dead. This causes me to restart the excruciating process again. I am still trying to contact someone on the phone as I am typing this. Beyond this, the office hours are about as poor as any place that I have seen. 9-3, 9-12? Must be nice! Please take my call!
